Hi all
Recently back from holidays abroad with the Cali (she ran like a dream) and am already thinking about next years trip :)
I really noticed how well the money was going because of the exchange rate with the euro,so I'm thinking wouldn't it make sense to buy euros now for next year?
I would appreciate members opinions
Thanks
Alan

If you happy with current exchange rate I would buy put away It could get better but it could get worse.

I'm holding euro's at 1.40 and even if the exchange rate improves 1.40 is good enough for me.

Popping around a few Burgundy and Loire Domaine shops and I can see how much cheaper my next 12 months wine bill is going to be at that rate :D

I have a currency card ( Fairfx) this is a handy way to buy when Euros are well priced.

Thanks for replies :)
Putting the euro exchange rate to one side,I was wondering what complications Greece might put on the euro if they pulled out (not wishing to get political)
Any how, being old fashion I will proberbley go with hard cash when making the exchange

We have just received our Currency Card for Euros in advance of our trip. I understand tollbooths do not accept currency cards. What do other Euro travellers use at tollbooths? Eg. Cash (Euros) or their normal Credit Card ?

In France I normally use cash to pay the toll booths, but in Italy the queues to pay with cash can be horrendous and so I use a credit card.
