Fault 1000

Looking for recommendations for somewhere in North East England to repair the pop up on a 2013 Cali. The control panel is indicating fault 1000, won’t reset or switch off, beeps intermittently and the roof won’t open. Thanks for your help.

Is probably a fault with the roofsensors on the hydraulic rams.
If you are handy, it is a very easy job to do it yourself.
There are enough threads on this forum concerning this problem. A little search on the forum will lead you to a lot of answers.
