Feedback on Comfortz service

I've now purchased a few items from Comfortz, initially a topper and then the screen cover. I have also just ordered the awning. I wanted to give some quick feedback. Nick at Comfortz is a great communicator and always willing to offer advice on the options - there is never any 'hard sell'. The quality of the products supplied is excellent and all contained in heavy duty storage bags. Delivery is always prompt. No hesitation in recommending Comfortz.

My new thinner rear shelf mattress from Comfortz. Allows use of bed with shelf in upper position (we use a topper too)

Now thats a great idea! Again credit to Nick and the team,I damaged my topper recently in the cold.Within four day turn around Nick had replaced the damaged item,bulked up in areas at the rear and now I have a full winter topper ready to go again.Great service,Will post pics once i get on a hardline.

I agree with the above. We purchased the external topper for our Beach, and subsequently the zip-on awning set. Communication and service from Comfortz in each transaction were excellent. The products themselves has also proven to be robust and well thought-through. We finally got chance to use the zip-on awning (3 panels, windows in 2, door in 1) a week or so ago and it provided an excellent quick alternative to our Outwell Driveaway awning.

Another bit if feedback on Comfortz, having just become a VIP this week, I placed an order with Nick on Tuesday afternoon for a roof topper, awning kit (and base) + the insulated screen wrap. I was delighted that the package arrived with me this morning!!
I have my first proper trip in the Cali this w/e, so I will try and post up a few pics

As promised a couple of photos of the Comfortz kit in action this w/e.
I have to say the quality of materials used and thought that has gone into the design is phenomenal.
We experienced fairly strong winds and the products coped very well!

Received our Cali Topper last week just in time for our weekend away, superb service from Nick at Comfortz and ultra fast delivery to boot.

It is so nice to find a firm like this nowadays, we are just saving up for some awning side panels next month.

After a ridiculously busy start to the camping season, the feedback will be well received


Wow it does look windy Gavinskii!

A couple of tips with the awnings in strong winds - purchase your self some light duty 25mm ratchet straps to attach to the awning and a couple of large pegs - mine doesn't move in high winds if I anchor it down with them. Of course if its mega windy to take it down to avoid damage.

Also I've been looking around for a carpet / foot print to go inside the awning on the floor.
I've just ordered the Outwell Oakland (M) carpet and its a very close fit and as always with Outwell top quality!

There's a couple on offer on Ebay at the moment for £24.95 which is very cheap!

Just received the Outwell carpet. What a great product. My wife has been nagging me for two years but I resisted because I didn't want more bulk. The Oakland is perfect as well as being excellent value.

Over the last two years we have purchased from Comfortz the full awning kit, external topper, external thermal screen covers and a replacement (thinner) roof mattress to use in conjunction with a zonesleep topper.
