Hi all
I've got my cali ocean 6.1 its away at the moment but just preparing for the first trip. I've got a COVE2 air low vango tent. Do I need to buy a drive away kit? if so, which one 6 mm or 4 mm?

They do a double bead 4 and 6 combination this will fit in the wind out awning and the 9mm rail I think?

Or, if you have a wind out awning pull it out about an inch, hook the figure of eight over the lip, wind the awning in. Lot easier than the Kador strip.

As we now mainly use the drive-away awning, we removed and stored the wind out awning and used the 6/4/6 kit from the club shop as the 6/4 slots and holds nicely in the rails.
The awning fits closer to the van and is much less hassle.

With the need to be self-contained for the last 18 months we used this setup.



With the awning on it came down and away from the van too much.
