I've bought this awning for my lhd T5 Cali and the brackets on the van are not tall enough. Does anyone have advice on where to go from here? Thanks

If the van had an awning previously then it was probably a Thule/Omnistor awning as that is the one factory fitted. You will need to change brackets for the correct ones.
I believe the Forum Shop may sell them.
