Final drive ratio 180 DSG

Could anyone please let me have the final drive ratio for a 180 SE DSG

I'm sure it's out there, but I'm struggling to find DSG variants

In case anyone else is ever nerdy enough to want this, here's the info hot from SMGCowfolds mouth! (thanks Alex)

Final drive 1 79 : 17 = 4.647
Final drive 2 79 : 20 = 3.950

(DSG's have two)

I'm nerdy enough to want to know how and why the DSG has two final drives ???

I guess it is because it is in effect two gearboxes. One deals with odd gears and one even, hence two final drive ratios.

Hmm, I'm aware that the DSG is basically two gearboxes but "final drive" normally refers to the diff ratio and I can't see how there could be two different diff ratios.

DSGs have two output shafts and therefore a final drive ratio for each

Thanks Andy, interesting reading, so I guess the two "final drive" ratios that have been quoted earlier are not the diff final drive ratio but the output ratios of the two gearboxes.
