Fitting a usb socket

I am looking to fit a usb & usb c socket in my T5.1 California..I have looked on some of the old posts and the links seem to have ended.
Can anyone give me some advice on which are the best sockets to buy. Were they difficult to fit?

Can't advise you which ones to buy as I prefer to use plug in USB adapters , but beware cheap ones can cause electrical interference and also many sockets can be live all the time and can drain batteries but some have On/Off switches.
