The 2 flaps that hold the pins are correctly and identically positioned.
The L blind plastic edge/ handle has slide down the blind material, compared to the R side, thus its Pin sits lower. Slide the L side up the fabric and it will sit correctly.

If the @WelshGas tip does not solve it, then it could be worth checking if the LH pin is out of vertical as per my #5 posting above.So do I.
thanks. I somehow hadn't realised the fabric wasn't bound to the vertical rod.Push the fabric of the blind down in the channel towards the dash
