Flat battery window issue

Haven’t used the California for a couple of months(ocean 6.1). Flat as a pancake! Nice AA man came out to jump it courtesy of vw assist …all good except my drivers window won’t completely shut(only goes so far and comes back down) and I’ve had an email to say services have been deactivated on infotainments system.
Anybody had the same issues and any solutions?
