Is there any styling options people recommend to go where the fog lights would normally go? I didn't tick the option and I think it would look much better having something where they are currently blanked out instead of grey plastic.

I believe there are fog light kits to retrofit.

Simple thing, fit 2 large circular clear reflectors as you see on front of trailors.
 
Retro fit looks very pricey..............
yes, it does. Have bought some oval, £5 stick on reflectors which I will try out before splashing the cash. Will post pics. Might look terrible but for £5 then nothing ventured nothing gained.

I winced at £400 as an factory option, but 600 Euros plus shipping, plus fitting is really steep eh?
