Fridge unit not working 2016 Ocean

Hi Any advice would be appreciated.
I have just bought a 2nd hand Ocean.
The fridge unit light on the control panel comes on for 3 seconds then turns off.
I have done the diagnostics and no fault codes.
The batteries have been checked and are fully charged.
The diesel heater comes on and fan runs fine, lights etc.
Could it be a fuse ? they are hard to get at under front seat and not played out like the manual pic
Might be the fridge is faulty ?

Not really the vehicle is in New Zealand now and VW don't transfer warranty.

Hi I had a fridge repair guy take a look. in the end it was a loose connection onto the control unit ? electronic thermostat. Anyway its on and cold so thats great.

That's a result, you will often find that VW will just want to replace a whole fridge if there is an error. As you have done getting a fridge guy to take a look is usually a lot better value. Usually faults are relating to either the control board or the compressor and can be relatively easily replaced in worst case scenarios.
