From T2 to T5, quite an upgrade, but still missing the vintage feeling...

Hi there,
My name is Karen and up to 10 years ago I was a happy camper in a T2. We actually went through two of them, as our first Taiga green one with flowers was irreparable at one point. We then switched to a bright Orange one. We have had super trips when the kids were small. But when I separated I got the house and my ex got the van...
However, two years ago I took over my fathers 2007 T5 California, because my he was getting a bit too old for it and was not going camping anymore after my mother passed. The extra comfort in both driving and camping is great of course. But since it is blue and grey I still miss my old hippie van with flowers a bit!
I have decided this van is more like a Spaceship!!! (yes, LEGO movie reference...) and am working to get a bit more colour added.
I was smart enough to find a new techie-partner, because I am quite good in assisting the people that actually work on things like installing rear-view camera's and fixing the fans... ;-)
