Front arm rest removal

Has anyone tried removing the front arm rests to make moving between the seats easier? If yes, how do we do it please?

Use it as a step to get in the top and it will come off by itself...
Serious , got no clue but try to find someone who actually did what i just wrote , he must have the answer. Sure must have been posted already!

We've seen several posts about accidentally breaking the arm rests but can't find any info on removing them deliberately!!

Mmm , strange that not any of them fixed it themselfs.
Then your probaly off to the dealer.....
