Gas Stove not working - Regulator?

Hi all, in my 2003 T4 Westfalia California, my gas isn't working.
(Please see attached photos
> Connections seated properly
>The Campingaz tank has gas in it. Confirmed.
>The black valve on the tank is open. Confirmed.
>The gas valve under the stove is open. Confirmed.

My suspicion is that it's the regulator (see photo) that needs to be replaced? It's about 8-9 years old, at least.
Any ideas?

Have you tried undoing the nut shown in the bottom of the pic. This will at least tell you if gas is flowing through the regulator.

One of those valves you listed is left hand threaded I believe. Are you sure it’s not closed?

I've tried everything to open and close, so I'm thinking it's just the regulator needs to be replaced.

I've had one of those fail. So yes. I think you are correct with your diagnosis.
