General Cali Maintenance

Hi all,
We've had our Cali for 3 years now and it's outside warranty (UK 06 plate). We've had a number of fairly costly repairs and service bills, so I want to do everything I can to keep on top of maintenance. Does anyone have any general tips for weekly / monthly / annual general Cali maintenance to stop issues before they happen?

There is a sticky tread by someone in the technical part of the forum witch gives some usefull tips....did you get the chance to reed it ? If not ....take 10 minutes....
