Germany and Austria; I’m really struggling and need your help!

I’m struggling to find suitable sites in Bavaria and Eastern Austria. Has anybody got any recommendations for sites (we are two old farts who like peace, quiet, beer and easy access to trains) near Munich and Salzburg please? We don’t need swimming pools or dog walks, just views and pubs.

I stayed 2 nights on the edge of Salzburg last September. Not an official campsite (so may not be of interest) but an unofficial Aire right next to a train station. Quiet and safe. I had a bicycle so I cycled into town. If you're into motorsports I can recommend the Red Bull Centre on the edge of the airport. Amazing facility.
