I’ve found the Sea to Summit SIM very comfortable. It inflates to around 100mm thick. Goes up very quick with a small rechargeable pump (I recommend the Flextail ones). As long as you use the pump to fully deflate it after use it can be left in the roof. They quite often pop up on here for sale.
