Anyone got any site,or brit stop (by numbers)near Bristol oe Clevdon they would recomend open mid March

If you are a member of the Caravan Club, they have a site near the docks in Bristol. It has been used by many members of the Forum and they all seem to like it. Does get very full though, you would probably have to book.
Brook Lodge Farm Camping & Caravan Park Cowslip Green, Bristol BS40 5RB 01934 862311 is very nice. Just off the A38 in Redhill past Bristol Airport, but not under the flight path. They take great care & pride in being environmentally friendly. Really nice family run site. http://www.brooklodgefarm.com/

Lots of sites around Weston super Mare & Burnham, only 18 miles from Bristol & 12 from Clevedon. Can be a bit manic in the summer, but quiet this time of year. Simon

thanks Simon the Caravan Club site is booked the few days we were after which would have been good for my planned places to visit around the docks.

Brook Lodge is very near to Bristol. I would go down Brockley Coombe, just after the airport. That takes you to the A370 and it's a much better route into Bristol. That goes right past the Ashton Park & Ride which will drop you in the middle of town, with no parking problems.
If you want to meet up in March, drop us a PM and we'll show you around the docks area. All of the Docks area is in Parking Zones now, which makes short term parking for visitors much easier. All day parking is difficult, but up to 4 hours is quite easy. Best wishes Simon
