Both fast asleep in the top of our Cali at the weekend. In the early hours we were awoken by what sounded like the roof motor activating. Went on for just long enough to wake us up then stopped.

Ghosts in the machine or an issue?

This is quite normal, if the roof drops slightly it will re-adjust itself. Normally happens if you have been on the same campsite for quite a few days and the roof has not been lowered at all.

Hi there
After 10 hours and every 5 hours after that the roof senses for any fall and readjusts itself.
Yes, we also had an early alarm call :lol:
We now slightly lower and then raise up just before going to bed, ours is going in to be looked under warranty at as it drops about 2 inches on the drivers side over night, hope this fixes it.
