Heated front seat question

I appear to have a heated front drivers seat fault.

Has anyone had similar issues and can anyone advise on the fuse location for these seats.

I have scanned the various threads and not found any reference to the heated seat mechanism.

Ours stopped working and VW Newark found that the cable had caught as the seat was rotating and was chafed. They repaired it under warranty.

switch operates and 'lights up' but no heat. Passenger seat works perfectly.

I also have an issue with the lumber support on the drivers seat as well having sat in the passenger seat for the 1st time and seen the difference!

Looks like it may be a visit to the dealers
