T5.1 Heated Seat Issue

Hi all,

The drivers side heated seat on my Cali has started acting oddly.. The seat will come on and then go off of it's own accord, and never get fully hot. If I intermittently switch it off and then on it will get fully hot, but only using this switching it off and on method. Passenger seat works fine.

Anyone come across this or had a similar issue?

Hello - Did you resolve this?

I have the same problem. I think most likely is that the temperature sensor has failed which I think is part of the heater mat in the seat base. I'm going to try buying one of those and replacing it myself but interested to hear if you came up with anything else
