Heater Problem

I have got the Cali out to take away and when I hit the heater switch it does nothing and the "wiggly lines" symbol on the display just flashes.

If I go to the heater section of the control panel, it does nothing if I hit either the "on" or "off" options.

I've been trying it while it is on hook-up.

Any ideas ??

Various possibilities. Any fault code (2101?) in diagnostics?

Flashing symbol means an error , first always reset the controlpanel and see if it helps

Press and hold dial button together with lower right button. Then go into diagnostics. Note number down then press and hold lower right button to clear.
