Yes.

Terminal 2, 3 & 5 height limit 2.2m
Terminal 4 height limit 2.0m

If you have a roof box, the overheight vehicle charge is £11 for up to 2 hours, except terminal 2 where you can park on the ground floor of the normal short stay parking (limit 3.0m).
