Think you’ll love it check all the bad stuff has been attended to before handover ie definitely the sink tap, get them to check the operation of the step.

I missed this post; otherwise would have spotted a prob. Thanks for the heads up. The pump has been constantly on over the weekend since taking delivery. Read some of the posts re the tap issue, so I disconnected it, but prob persists. The only option was to take the fuse out
