Holes

Just noticed on the front bumper next to both fog lights there is a little hole, any idea what this is for?

To adjust the fog lights i'd imagine.

Interestingly, the holes weren't on Cali's pre 2012, but are there on current builds and in the standard replacement panels.

(I bought replacement panels to paint black rather than respray my originals, and hence I noticed this detail)
