Hello

Our next tours looks something like this:

- Billund = Legoland = Themepark 2 Days
- Copenhagen = City 2 Days
- North Germany = Quick stop to break up the mileage
- Wolfsberg - City / Autostadt 3 Days
- Holland = ???? 3 Days
- Bruges = City 2 Days

Most of it is pretty nailed down, but I don't know where to start in Holland, most other places we have a "Thing" to do so we are looking for a relaxing 2 or 3 days in Holland.

Can anyone recommend a site in Holland for the following criteria:
- Central, South or West Location, so we keep our mileage under control
- Kid Friendly - ideally water park (as most of the other locations are City based)
- Accepts 3 day bookings in peak season

That is about it - Holland appears to be full of campsites!!!

We stayed at 'Rabbit Hill' a few years ago and it was a lovely site...I think all the Landal Green sites are supposed to be pretty good.

it has lodges plus camping, and there is an indoor swimming complex as well as an outdoor pool (I was the only person who seemed to ever use it), kids club etc, but not at all overly commercial or busy.
we didn't use the car the whole week, and just hired bikes and went off through the forest etc - it was bliss!

Have look on http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk , they have a section where you can look for campsites UK and abroad with reviews of the sites. You may find what you are looking for on there :thumb

For the european sites I use the ASCI site, the problem there are millions in holland so I was looking for a personal recommendation. Cheers T
