Hook up query

I've had my Cali Ocean on hook up for 3 days. All looked normal when I locked up and left it, ie hook up symbol was illuminated on the control panel.
Went back this morning and the hook up symbol was not illuminated.
Does this happen normally when everything would be fully charged?

If it isn't right, any ideas as to what the problem may be? TIA

The hook up symbol is to the right of the image shared. The symbol to the right will be illuminated for as long as you are on EHU, regardless of battery state. The other challenges I've had before on this are breaker tripped, wires loose inside plug, site electric down, site post breaker tripped.

Turned out to be exactly right.
My van is in a secure lockup and one of the site breakers had tripped. Me and another chap did some fault finding and identified 3 caravans each causing the trip. Site owner informed. Thanks for the help all, much appreciated
