How to re-fit my Rear-view Mirror on 2018 T6 Cali Ocean

Welcome some advice please. While adjusting my Mirror it suddenly became detached from the Window Mount, the cable plug has become detached from socket. How the heck do I put it back together. It looks as though I will need to do some disassembly to plug the cable into socket for starters but worried about breaking.
