Ignition live and permanent live on battery under seat.

Is there a ignition switched and permanent live around the Lesuire battery under the seat ?
If yes, then would it be accessible to push a piggy back fuse holder into the aperture, allowing the passengers (RHD) seat to still swivel?

Black and white answer is no.

There is a black wire going into the split charge relay but it’s not the best to connect to, if you want an IGNITION LIVE UNDER THE PASSENGER SEAT OF A RHD CALIFORNIA OCEAN or 6.1
Look elsewhere.
