Inca covers not delivered

Been waiting now for 6 weeks for custom fit covers for T5.1 and fobbed off about delays with production. Be aware this company appears to be struggling and have not responded for my request for a full refund.

6 weeks does not sound horrendous for custom covers. Our pop top wrap took 3 months.

What makes you think they are being dishonest?

They ignore my emails, the last one was 2 weeks ago staying production issues. I think 6 weeks is long enough!

What was the quoted lead time and what where the terms of business related to delivery and delays ?

INKA have a longstanding history of late delivery and poor communications if TrustPilot is anything to go by (and it often isn’t, I admit).
But when they arrive, and they will arrive, they will probably meet your expectations.

Had a very similar experience of Inka - constant excuses for not delivering and zero confidence that they’d ever deliver.

Seat covers were delivered missing the headrest covers and getting them to send just the headrest covers was complete farce.

I’d cancel for a full refund and buy the Campervanbits covers - far far better quality.
