Insurance to cover Russia please advise

I am planning a trip to North Cape via the Baltic States and Russia to return to the UK via Norway. Currently, we are insurance with Comfort I but they are not covering Russia. Since my policy is running out in a couple of days I wonder anybody insured Cali for Russia and if so who with?
