Is it possible to run a home espresso machine in a cali?

This might be a silly question but can someone please tell me if I can have a large espresso machine in my cali? I am about to order a Beach and will add a kitchen at the rear and coffee one of my passions and I would love to be able to fit it out with a really good machine. The espresso machines are typically 230v and around 1350w and would only need to be on a few times a day for 30 minutes or so.
The dealer is clueless about the batteries and inverters and I have little knowledge of this stuff so any help would be appreciated.

If on a site with 230v mains electric yes. Otherwise no.

Get a Moka pot like a bialetti and run it on the gas hob. Job done.

If you really need machine made coffee then traveling life may not be for you.

If you want to do it stylishly then maybe a stellar art deco pot is for you:
