Hi, we recently took our van to VW Hull for a cam belt change. We obtained a quote and also found another VW van centre further away that would do the job a bit cheaper, however VW Hull price matched it for us.
Harriet on service was super, she kept us informed throughout. We also got a free health check and they sent us a video later that morning of the check carried out. We were also advised it needed a roof anti corrosion check carrying out and confirmed later that it would need to come back for the warranty work. We got our van rebooked and the work was done no issues. The technician even spent some time with us to explain the process.
If we hadn’t gone to a main VW Cali dealer we wouldn’t have been entitled to the warranty work. Our van is 10 years old and was pleasantly surprised to find out this would be covered. There is a VW campaign on at the moment for the roof corrosion so was worth getting it checked.
