Kitchen drawer - problems pulling it outwards

I wonder if anyone can help.

The Kitchen drawer in my cali seems to not want to come out further than a few inches. Really frustrating. It’s almost locked in place.

As you can see from the picture there appears to be nothing wrong with the mechanism.

Any ideas??

remove the shelf, stick yer head under it. press the 2 red clips and pull out the whole drawer to have a look. something will be in the mechanism
