Kitchen Drawers fitted - T6 into T5.1

Hi,
I have fitted the T6 drawers into my T5.1. They came from Calicap but I believe similar or same as club shop.

They state that the T6 (3 drawers) don’t fit the T5/5.1 but with a small modification they do. The cupboard catch needs a few mm removed to allow the top drawer to open. Easy with a Dremel and it still looks/functions as it should.



I hAve fitted rechargeable movement sensor lights to the underside of each drawer.



All in all a great improvement.

Is that it? Just reduce the door catch a smidgin?

I ordered these drawers but they wouldn't fit. And I had to return them. The T5 version is no longer available now. Now I have see this I will have a go. What is the exact name/link for them?

Following your post, I bought the drawers, £319 from Campervan Bits, and fitted them today.

can you tell me more about the lights?

I myself have use a led-strip with motion sensor. You can see an example of it on my website.

Several people use these puck-shaped ones. They have a motion sensor and although you'll find them at different price points from different shops, most will come straight out of china (aliexpress).
