kitchen drawers fitting query

We recently bought the 3 drawers which fit in the cupboard below the sink .Followed the instructions allgood , but I am a little perplexed about the horizontal bar which has the sticky strips attached to it ,as the bottom strip sticks nicely to the side but the top one doesnt touch the side (although it looks like it does !).Seems to me that the horizontal bar needs to be higher so both strips attach to the side.
Has anyone else had this issue?

Just raise the runners up slightly. did the runners look like this

i see what the problem is it looks like its been assembled incorectly the runners are the wrong way up on the brackets the upright with the welded spacers should have the one nearest the end at the top if that makes sense

So the gap from the base of the cupboard to the first horizontal sticky bar should be greater ie the other way up !
