Kyham Motordome Classic on Camping and Caravanning Club site

Hi all - we've just bought one. We went to a local C n C site where they kindly agreed to let us have a go at pitching it (we are C n C members). Whilst there a member of staff said we might have a problem fitting the awning with van onto C n C standard pitches. Having had a chat with a chap at Kyham, it turns out this may well be so!

Just enquiring here as to others' experience - is it a problem in practice?

As fans of C n C sites, we are a bit miffed I have to say!

The standard C&CC pitch is 5mt wide, the Kyham Motordome Classic is 4.25mt wide plus width of Cali,

The web sites suggest that CCC pitch are 5x9m, so can't we just park the Cali sideways
