Anyone help with this, what started as a random few spots on the carpet has turned into a soaked carpet as soon as it rains, driving and parked up..roof drain all clear and have tried squirting water into drain but no sign of it in cab. Don’t think it’s from front window seal..I’ve cleaned all the scuttles of debris..just can’t fathom where it’s coming from??

I forgot to say it’s dripping from the torx screw head in panel under glove box

1. Check the AirCon drain that exits through the bulkhead behind the glove box.

Thanks Welsh Gas mine only leaks when it rains so I’m thinking it can’t be air con..? Will ask someone to have a look though..thanks

Probably from the roof. Check the drain holes are working.
Yes they work…I’m absolutely at my wits end trying to fathom out where the leak is, vans been to local garage where panels been removed and no sign of ingress anywhere…

I had a leak in the passenger well on one of my cars, my first thought was windscreen gasket/rust, turned out that the seam of a metal panel below windscreen had disconnected from the one above it. A bit of welding sorted the problem. Garage who fixed it said someone had probably reversed into my front end, not enough to show on external bodywork but enough to damage metal joints.
Hope you find the issue on your van.

Look carefully around the seal where the roof drain is attached to the roof , the factory sealant can go allowing a small amount of water to flow down the outside of the pipe and drip into foot well. (Particularly when the roof channel is coping with a quantity of water).

Remove the end cap from the dash , look at the metal bracket attaching the the dash to APillar, it'll probably exhibit rust where the water is dripping onto it from the outside of the pipe where the pipe curves forward..

If you take the A pillar grab handle off , then the A pillar trim you will expose the roof drain pipe.
Tie a peice of tissue around the outside of the Brown roof drain pipe, if it leaks the paper will become wet.

Air con usually leaks on the right side of the passenger foot well (U.K.)

I had a leak in roughly the same area, although my issue was a little more hidden, the carpet was dry but the sound deadening/insulation under the carpet was wet; I took it to VW and they found the problem was caused by dislodged grommet under the scuttle panel.

Good luck getting it sorted.
