Leather Seats

I’m thinking of having the seats recovered in leather, but a little worried about the effectiveness of the airbags once carried out.

Has anybody else had any issues with the process.

I haven’t got around to testing ours yet so can’t comment on the effectiveness ; ) but I was assured that the stitching adjacent the airbag cavity is designed to split.

They would HAVE to be stitched to allow for this. All reputable upholsterers would do it correctly.
