Our 2014 5.1 Cali control panel is flashing between the charging icon and the hook up icon and the charge is showing 10% after 48 hours on hook up. The display is similar after a long run in the van. The batteries are original. I wonder what my best troubleshooting route is?

I would start by restarting the control panel. Might just be a simple error. See this thread called 'Flashing 'G' and Electric Hook Up Symbol' where several people mention they had a similair situation and where a restart solved the problem. If that doesn't work, I'm sure a better tip will be suggested by someone soon enough.

The voltage looks fine. The Control Panel, which is a computer needs a Restart. Press L lower button. Wait 30 secs and then Restart via same button.
Let us know if this works.

With any computer with a problem a Restart is the first step to troubleshoot.
Thanks for letting us know the outcome.

Yes, I know about restarting but never thought to apply it to the control panel, so many thanks for that. With the batteries being 10 years old I was starting to wonder if they were shot, but I can breathe easy for a bit.
