Leisure battery usage

We went away for a night. Had the fridge on during the journey to the campsite (just less than an hour away). Went onto hook up within about 5 minutes of getting there. Then return journey back. Van is 2 1/2 yrs old. Battery reads 90%. Is that not rather excessive even after journey home?
Fridge not quite as stuffed as normal as only for 1 night. ...?

From what I've read on the forums, the alternator will never top the leisure battery up above 85-90% anyway. I don't know how much charge the hookup will put in, but it may just be a trickle charge?

Never seen it go down 99-98-97-....
Full on hook-up =100%
If there are things taking power without hook-up it pretty quick shows 90% ....
Don't worry to much.
Just hook your Cali on the 220v at home at least once a month for minimum 12 h to keep the batts on good chape!

Don't know exact what you mean but there is a fuse on top of the lesure bat. think not many of us are aware .
