Ok, back in Scotland rather than the Alps. Which route have we just finished here?

Is that Ledge route?

I've only done a handful of climbs in the Lakes, nothing in Scotland

I hope to take Ben up Cadair Idris later this year. Is six too young for such an adventure?

I don't think so, only you know his capabilities and have experience... I think it's a great way to get kids fit, exploring, using maps and bonding with life long memories.

I did Tophet Wall then onto Napes Needle, with my good friend and owner of the Barn Door Shop at Wasdale Head.
I lived there for six years and really miss the people & the pubs!

I have photos I have taken, and I cannot even remember where they are... The island is a very distinctive shape.
