Looking to upgrade from T4 westy to t5 cali

New to the forum and for any advise. I am looking at upgrading from a 1995 T4 westfalia biker to a T5 California Se or similar. Can anyone give me an idea of how much my westy is worth. Are their any faults that we need to look for? Thanks
