With an 800mm boot draw installed, there is a large gap between the back of the bench and the multiflex board where loose items fall. The child safety net fits nice and works well to solve the problem. I relocated the snaps from the upper bed to help hold it in place and the hooks/bungees on the pillar panels are just to hold the net up straight, not to carry any load.

Looking last night, the new (est) release of the T6 had the safety net on a little rail down near the light switches and 12v socket?

I think that is the ‘roof storage net’ which which is separate from the child safety net.

Do the new Cali's still come with that child safety net as standard?
When I configured a T6 California once, almost all the standard stuff in my T5.1 had become options. Making the T6 over € 10000 more expensive than what I drive now.
