Hi Martin,

You mentioned feedback.

My findings were that he is a nice chap to speak to but on every occassion I had to chase for the results. He had clearly forgotten to call me even though I chased him the week before.

But he was honest enough to tell me that Comfort seem to have a better deal going with Aviva than he had, as he quoted £589 with Aviva whereas Comfort quoted £510 with Aviva.

I never asked about the 10% as even if he had forgotten to allow for that, Comfort were still cheaper.

Thanks very much for the feedback on them, it appears all other insurers have trouble beating Comfort's quotes. We did try to get Comfort as a partner but they told us their margins are so tight they could not ever offer a few percent off.
