missing manual

Hi,
I have just bought my first California and can't wait to use it.
The only thing is that I can't find any info in the main manual regarding the water tank, gas and electric roof amonst other things.
Should this be a separate manual?
I have the main one. radio and bluetooth but nothing really about the gas, water, roof.

Yes, you should receive an extra California supplement manual.
Ask your dealer to get one.

Look in the download section, we have one on there, it is called 'VW California Supplement'

If it is dealer supplied then jump all over the dealer.

Mine, an ex-demo, came with no cali-specific manual. The dealer said he never knew it came with one I had to ever so politely but in rather cross granny mode explain he should damned well learn something about the vehicles he is selling.

I now have a manual.

Mine was ex demo....came with the extra manual but spent £50 and went to Campervantastic who did a whole training session for me including all those extra care tips that aren't in the book.... Very well worth the money and enabled me to feel confident camping in Zebedee Zebra for the first time...just as we'll as it was in 80 mile an hour winds!!!
