Motor home stolen from city pensioner: Police appeal for sightings.
POLICE in Cardiff are asking the community to help find a motor home stolen from a pensioner at the weekend.
The white ford vehicle registration number E448 HFR was stolen from Ordell Street, Roath, sometime between midnight and 4am on Saturday.
Police Community Support Officer Richard Harper has been making enquiries in the area to find the motor home.
“The owner is distressed by the theft as he relies on the motor home for transport and to go fishing in West Wales,” said PCSO Harper.
“He has recently spent lots of money renovating it and desperately wants it back.”
House to house enquiries have been carried out in the area but there have been no sightings of the vehicle.
PCSO Harper added: “We would ask anyone who may have seen this vehicle either parked someone or being driven to contact South Wales Police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 quoting occurrence number *130239.”
