We used Murray's earlier this year to sort out a few issues with our 13 Reg 180 DSG. The service department were very helpful and pleasant. Thanks to their help the work was completed under warranty and in a satisfactory manner. They did offer to wash the van but due to the bad weather that day we declined. As we purchased the van from Heritage Motors in Bristol I can only comment on the service side of Murray's. I guess time will tell if we just caught them on a good day but based on the service provided on that occasion we will use them again. I hope that helps.
