“I did it myyyyyy waaaaaaaaaaay.”Sorry but I didn’t think socks with sandles were acceptable even on deserted beaches?
Its interesting that people are quite derisory of socks and sandals, but the Romans wore them as they tramped around England. So they have quite a heritage.Sorry but I didn’t think socks with sandles were acceptable even on deserted beaches?
You may be behind the times andyinlutonSorry but I didn’t think socks with sandles were acceptable even on deserted beaches?
As our mutual friend would say, get a grip. Sandals (sic) are not technically "on," so not technically "with."Sorry but I didn’t think socks with sandles were acceptable even on deserted beaches?
Below Ben More, Isle of Mull. Spectacular. Wind was so strong near the peak it lifted us off the ground, so had to stop 100m from the summit or be carried over the south face.Ok, I’ll let you off then, could have been worse, crocs with socks anyone?
What beach was in the photo?
Love it Was lucky enough to have glorious weather when I was last there.Sango Sands, Durness, the very top of Scotland - big, great views, park where you like, good facilities, a pub next to it, a breakfast bar in the morning. £19 no EHU.
