I had emailed Nick a few times about asking for a Cotton fitted sheet for both the lower and upper mattresses.
I basically wanted the home from home bed feel and I've personally found the original covers to be a bit sticky and sweaty. I know Brandrup make these but the costs are crazy at £70 plus post and waiting.

So I was very pleased when Nick emailed me back to say they had developed a two piece fitted sheet for the upper mattress and sent me a sample to try and photograph.

Very quick and easy to fit and felt very nice I was suitably impressed, my only comment would be to have a work around for the light strap but its not the end of the world and Nick is looking into.

My understanding is these are going to be on sale at £50 or £45 for VIP members

I really hope they can make one for the VW Comfort mattress, if anyone feels the same please post up so Nick can see the interest.

I use a fitted bed sheet works perfectly, costs a few pounds from Dunelm, tucks in nicely around the bottom cushion.

I'd be keen on the one for standard mattress when it's available.

Can't see why a normal matrascovers is'nt good enough , or why it has to be two parts ...the small in the back!
Just pull off your home matrascover and take it allong you trip!
It will be a bit to big , just tuck it away on the sides works perfect.

We tried lots of fitted and not fitted sheets and they where all either too long, too baggy or too much faffing around. It probably in two pieces as the roof folds up and would pull the sides out off a one piece sheet.

I though this product would start a good debate! :D

Thanks for the feedback Paul - I'll pop some velcro in the next batch of sheets so the bendy light has somewhere to live!

People have asked my since day one if we could produce fitted sheets for both the upstairs mattresses and the comfort mattress. Being honest and being a realist, I’ve always advised folks to buy a cotton sheet from the local supermarket etc as we simply couldn't compete on price. I'm sure one or two of you will remember me advising this.

But quite a number of folks have actually been back to me saying they weren’t happy with a normal sheet and wanted a set of better fitting ones – so like always here’s our offering .

Having used both myself, a standard sheet was okay but I'm a fidget and was always tucking it back down behind the mattress. The fitted sheet obviously doesn't have that problem and aesthetically looks so much better.

Anyone who is interested I'll pop an update on once we've uploaded them on our website.

Cheers
Nick

Don't get me wrong Nick , i am pretty sure you managed again to produce a top produckt !
Indeed it will have a perfect fit , but there is no other that see that but me&misses so don't bother the looks.
Just one accesoire i think is not on top of the list ....for many Cali owners
Roof topper , windowscreens,awningsides,...are much more must haves imo.
Keep up the good work!

We tried a standard sheet from a high street store was ok at first but found every time we moved the sheet kept coming loose and had to tuck it in. We have just tried the fitted sheet this week and it fits perfectly and doesn't come untucked. Great Quality and good service from Nick.
